U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez, a San Diego federal judge blocked a state law requiring background checks for people purchasing ammunition last year in 2024.
Ammunition sales to California lasted for only 5 days. Please use this opportunity to support a family owned and operated business.

Rhode v. Bonta was updated, and we are open for business with no FFL restrictions on ammunition (except for incendiary and tracers, those are still illegal).
